03 Clear responsibilities

No confusion about ownership.

Udonberry acts as the outsourced Amazon e-commerce department. We evaluate product potential, manage the Amazon setup, prepare inventory requirements for FBA, create the shipment plan, and lead the launch through the first sale and early growth. Ace Star International remains responsible for compliance and for arranging the physical export and shipment from Thailand to the United States.
